Apartment and Studios can be rented month to month or annually with a one month minimum stay.

• First Floor Units: Studio Apartments
Unit 2 $950 (Monthly 12 month lease) - $1350 (month to month)
Unit 4 $1000 (Monthly 12 month lease) - $1400 (month to month)

• Second Floor Units: 1-Bedroom Apartments
Unit 5 $1750 (Monthly 12 month lease) - $2150 (month to month)
Unit 6 $1800 (Monthly 12 month lease) - $2200 (month to month)

• Third Floor Units: 1-Bedroom Apartments
Unit 7 $1850 (Monthly 12 month lease) - $2250 (month to month)
Unit 8 $1900 (Monthly 12 month lease) - $2300 (month to month)

**Electricity is the responcibility of the rentor.

Security Deposit
A security deposit on your credit card will be required. Excessive cleaning including upholstery, breakage, soiling or damage to the interior or exterior caused by the renter may be subject to additional fees to the renter. You are required to leave the unit as you received it.
